Cascade Park Communities presents individuals a continuum of care solutions consisting of two residential care facilities and an Adult Day Healthcare program.

Our Programs:

At Cascade Park Vista you will find Assisted Living, with an emphasis on friendly hospitality. We offer studio and one-bedroom accommodations, along with a comprehensive menu of assisted living services tailored to meet the individualized needs of each resident. Our courteous staff is committed to ensuring satisfaction through the provision of quality care.

At Cascade Park Gardens you will find Specialized Memory Care, with separate living environments specifically designed to provide care to individuals who are living with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia. We offer private, semi-private, and shared living accommodations, where each resident receives the assistance that they need and the extra attention they deserve.

At Cascade Park Active Day you will find Pierce County's finest in Adult Day Health Care! Active Day is located adjacent to Cascade Park Vista and offers both a morning and afternoon program designed to meet the needs of functionally and/or cognitively impaired adults through an individual plan of care. Our comprehensive program provides a variety of health, social, and other related support services in a protective setting.

Staff that sets us apart!

Cascade Park is very proud to offer the unique services of Gail Clark, MA!   Gail was born and raised here in the Tacoma area.  She has been serving individuals in Cascade Park Communities as a state registered counselor with Master of Arts degree in Psychology with an emphasis in counseling.   Gail brings over 15 years of experience working with the elderly and physically challenged adults.   She is also an effective educator and has a gift for teaching.   Cascade Park is proud to offer Gail's expertise to you.   Please feel free to call Gail at the office to discuss ways she may benefit you, your loved one or your community (253-627-3833).
