Room Rates
Cascade Park Communities offers a variety of room sizes and styles to accommodate individual needs, preferences, and income levels:
- Assisted Living room rates range from $1,350.00 to $2,250.00
- Specialized Memory Care room rates range from $2,250.00 to $3,250.00
- Adult Day Healthcare rates range from $11.25 to $15.00 per program hour.
- Respite/Temporary Stay rates range from $95.00 to $125.00 per day.

Professional, individualized services available
Cascade Park Communities' personal care program was developed for our residents who need assistance with their activities of daily living. Unlike many facilities, additional services at Cascade Park are provided on an a' la carte basis so that individuals only pay for the support they actually need. The services that each resident receives will depend upon his or her individualized negotiated Plan of Care. |
